Bed bug specialists, not a general pest company.
HeatZone is a licensed and insured pest control company. We focus on heat because it reaches bed bugs where sprays can’t: inside mattresses, upholstery, baseboards and wall voids, including the pesticide-resistant bed bugs that survive chemical treatment.
Most of our customers rent. We deliver the equipment, set it up with you and walk you through every step, so you can treat your home room by room without moving out or letting strangers in. When that isn’t practical, our technicians run the treatment for you.
Questions before you book? Call us Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and we’ll help you choose the right option for your home.

Bed bugs cannot survive sustained heat.
We raise the room to 60 °C (140 °F) and hold it until every surface, including inside mattresses, furniture and baseboards, stays above 50 °C (122 °F) for at least 3 hours. That’s lethal to every life stage, including eggs, which are the hardest to kill and the reason spot treatments fail. We recommend 8–10 hours per room, from setup to cool-down.
The targets are the same either way. What differs is who watches them: with a rental you monitor and reposition; with Full Service our technicians do, and we don’t leave until every sensor has held target for the full 3 hours.
No chemicals are used. The treatment also reduces odours and kills dust mites, a common household allergen source.
